All parents register their child/children through our registration form. The information we collect includes each students full name, date of birth, any medical conditions, ethnicity code (optional and for the purpose of dance exams) guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts and e-mail addresses. We also ask whether you are happy for us to take photographs and videos for advertising of the Katie Wilson School of Dance.

 

You have a right to withhold any of this information, however in the event of an emergency we will be unable to contact you.

Any information you give to us to arrange services requested by you will be used to respond to your enquiry. For example, if you send an e-mail to us, we will use your e-mail address to respond to you.

 

When we have responded to you, your details may be kept on our system in order to be able to contact you should we need to in the future.
